@selbod I think she's busy working on an interactive version of her corporate plan (a.k.a. touring).
You might try her record label - tumblr might also offer an avenue, though sustained comment seems a little rare.

@selbod - Good luck with that. Marina's contributions on here for some while have been more epigrammatic in nature, more of a series of tweets. Hi, I’m a musician affiliated to the independent record label Zang productions. I love ‘The Family Jewels’ so I checked out your blog and read a post you put up a while back called ‘Outsiders and Aesthetics’. Beauty and perceptions of beauty is a topic I’m really interested in discussing and writing about. I thought it was pretty brave of you to write such a blog post as a female in the pop music industry, because for most women in pop, beauty seems to be an ideal that is meant to be adhered to but not often discussed or broken down in depth by the artists themselves…..I’d love to pose some questions to you… just to get some interesting dialogue going and possibly to re-post on my own blog on the Zang productions website, please feel free to respond or not:
1.As a woman in the music industry do you feel a pressure to look a certain way and do you ever feel objectified by the music industry itself and or your fans?
2.How much control do you have over the way you appear in your videos and promo photographs?
3.The lyrical content on ‘The Family Jewels’ seems to intelligently and profoundly critique the social structures/industries/media by which your music itself is communicated to the people. How did your record label respond to that?
4.How important is it to you that your fans respond directly and genuinely to the meaning and content of your music?
5. What does the word beauty mean to you? How would you define it?
6. What do you make of the way the music industry/popular culture/media seems to define beauty?

It kicks the butt of all the critics saying that Primadonna is hyper produced and that it would probably sound like crap without it. THERE!! Sounds just as awesome as acoustic!
