Once dispatched, below is an approximate guide to shipping times:

Ticket Delivery
Your Tickets are delivered separately from any other items you may order, directly from our ticketing partner Crowdsurge, usually 2-4 weeks before the event.

Download Delivery
Your download links are on the order confirmation page and emailed to you immediately, or in the case of Preorders, emailed to you on the release day of the product.

Can I buy tickets in the store?

When available you can buy tickets via the store. Except where stated (e.g. eTickets), our ticketing service is powered by our ticketing partner Crowdsurge. This means although all payment transactions will go via our secure payment system as normal, all tickets sold on the store are supplied, delivered and supported by Crowdsurge separately from other items you may purchase.
Once you have completed your purchase in the store you will receive a transaction confirmation email from us. Please note that this alone is not confirmation of your ticket purchase - you will also receive a ticket purchase confirmation email from Crowdsurge. Only once you have received this is your ticket purchase confirmed.
